Gong yoga nidra relaxation - Pudsey

Service Description

Yoga nidra is a powerful practice of deep relaxation with full awareness; first devised by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Sometimes known as psychic sleep or deep relaxation with inner awareness. Get comfortable on your yoga mat and follow my voice as I name each body part. Join me for this journey of consciousness around the body, accompanied by gongs. Please bring a yoga mat, and enough layers to stay warm, a blanket and a pillow; whatever you need to lie down for an hour. Close your eyes, relax and allow the vibrations of sound to wash over you. I will be using Earth gong, wind gong, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls and various percussion instruments. Cost £15 Contraindications It is not recommended that you attend if any of these apply; - If you are in the first 3 months of pregnancy - If you have epilepsy, seizures or an ‘unmanaged’ mental health condition (such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, or any form of complex trauma) - Severe heart conditions You may be more sensitive to Sound Therapy If you have metal plates, have had recent surgery, broken bones or other major physical injuries, have a pacemaker, or if you suffer from tinnitus.
