COMMUNITY
I have always loved working in the community; through my work in mental health, yoga, mindfulness and Sound Therapy. I have taught yoga, chair yoga, mindfulness and Sound Therapy in community groups, day centres and care homes, mainly in South Leeds, and in places of work.

JAMYANG BUDDHIST CENTRE
At the heart of Holbeck is Jamyang Buddhist Centre, a beautiful community centre where you will find lots of interesting courses, day workshops, events and retreats. We have a beautiful shop and a café selling healthy and affordable snacks and drinks. Every few weeks we have an amazing jumble sale.
