Service Description

Yoga class at Churwell Community Centre, Churwell Hill, opposite Tesco Express, Elland Rd LS27 7SY. Cost £7.50 Yoga class for all abilities; either book online, book directly with me, or pay cash on the day. If you are new, please email/ text/ WhatsApp me first. Please bring a yoga mat, some water to drink, and enough layers to stay warm during relaxation; some people even bring a blanket and pillow. Everyone welcome! This is a gentle hatha class, suitable for all levels, including beginners. I will give options if you want to move deeper/ stronger into a pose or movement. We will start off with a few minutes of mindfulness, then move with the breath into warm ups, lying down and standing postures, flowing from one to the other, mindfulness throughout, before coming back down for relaxation. I theme each class and we often work with mudras and chakras, as well as offering you something to contemplate, and often a reading at the end. Please contact me if you have any questions.
